Method:

Preheat the oven to
190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5.

Put the sliced pears in an
ovenproof dish with the apple juice.
-
Sift the flour
and cocoa into a bowl. Add the butter and rub
together with your fingertips.
-
Stir in the sugar.
Sprinkle over the pears and press down lightly. Bake
for about 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
