Desserts Recipes - Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4

  • 400g/14oz canned strawberries and syrup

  • 500ml/16fl oz Greek yogurt

  • 125ml/4fl oz single cream

Method:

  1. Place the strawberries and syrup in a blender or food processor and blend to a smooth puree.

  2. Add the yogurt and cream and continue to process until a uniform color is achieved.

  3. Pour into a shallow freezer container, cover with Clingfilm and freeze until set.

  4. After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer and stir with a fork before returning. Repeat 1 hour later.
