Raspberry Sorbet Recipe

Method:

Liquidize the
raspberries in a blender or food processor, then
strain.

Boil 300ml/1/2pt water and the sugar for 5
minutes in a pan. Remove from the heat and allow to
cool.
-
Add the lemon juice, remaining water and the
raspberries. Pour into a freezer container and
freeze overnight.
