Peel and slice 1
banana and set aside. Peel and mash the remaining 3
with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
Dissolve the
coffee in the hot water and stir into the mashed
bananas. Spoon a little of the mashed banana mixture
into 4 serving dishes and sprinkle each with sugar.
Top with a spoonful of yogurt, then repeat the
layers until the ingredients are all used up.
Finish
with banana slices and flaked almonds.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve.
