Ingredients

1/2 bottle Muscat wine
-
150ml/1/4pt water
-
450g/1lb Muscat grapes
Method:
-
Pour the wine into a
stainless steel baking tray, add the water and
freeze for 3 hours or until completely
solid.
-
Scrape the frozen wine with
a tablespoon to make a fine ice.
-
Combine the grapes with the
ice and spoon into 4 shallow glasses.
