Fresh Fruit Desserts Recipes - Muscat Grape Frappe Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4

• 1/2 bottle Muscat wine

• 150ml/1/4pt water

• 450g/1lb Muscat grapes

Method:

1. Pour the wine into a stainless steel baking tray, add the water and freeze for 3  hours or until completely solid.

2. Scrape the frozen wine with a tablespoon to make a fine ice.

3. Combine the grapes with the ice and spoon into 4 shallow glasses.
