2 small honeydew
melons
-
1 grapefruit
(peeled and segmented)

2 oranges (peeled and
segmented)

50g/2oz roasted,
unsalted peanuts

25g/1oz light muscovado sugar

1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
-
Halve the melons, scoop out the seeds and discard,
then remove and chop the flesh. Reserve the melon
shells.

In a bowl, mix together the melon and citrus
fruits. Pile the fruits back into the melon shells.
-
Chop the peanuts and mix with the sugar and
cinnamon. Sprinkle over the fruit and serve.
