Indian Fruit Salad Recipe

For the sauce:
For the fruit salad:

1 mango (peeled
and diced)

1/2 pineapple (peeled and diced)

2 bananas (peeled
and finely sliced)

2 apples (peeled and diced)
-
2 cheekoo (peeled
and diced)

1 kiwi fruit
(peeled and finely sliced)

1 small guava (peeled and
diced)
-
B white grapes
(halved)
-
Seeds and flesh of 1 passion fruit

Juice of 1 lime
-
2 tablespoons
chopped mixed nuts
Method:

Place the ingredients for the sauce into a blender
or food processor for 2 to 3 minutes or until
smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and
heat for 5 to 7 minutes over a medium heat, stirring
slowly. Remove from the heat and set aside.

To make the fruit
salad, place the prepared fruit in a large bowl and
pour the lime juice over.
-
Mix well, then pour
the sauce over the fruit or serve on the side.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts.
