Fresh Fruit Desserts Recipes - Bananas with Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4

• 4 medium bananas (slightly unripe)

• 50g/2oz chocolate chips

• 24 mini marshmallows

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas mark 3.

2. Trim the ends of the bananas, leaving on the skins. Using a sharp knife, make a lengthways slit in each one.

3. Gently prise open each banana and fill with chocolate chips and marshmallows, then wrap each one in aluminum foil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
