Ingredients
Serves 4-6

100g/4oz soft
margarine
-
225g/8oz caster sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
150ml/1/4pt
full-fat natural yogurt
-
5 tablespoons milk
-
275g/10oz plain flour
-
1 teaspoon
bicarbonate of soda

175g/6oz dark chocolate chips
Method:

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas mark 5. Line
a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.

Place the
margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat
with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy. Beat
in the eggs, yogurt and milk until combined.

Sift the flour and bicarbonate of soda together
and add to the mixture with the chocolate chips.
Stir until just blended.

Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and bake
in the oven for 25 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then
turn out on to a wire rack to cool.
