Desserts Recipes - Peanut Butter Cornets Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4

  • 8 sugar ice-cream cones

  • 100g/4oz milk chocolate (broken into small pieces)

  • 4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

  • 15g/1/2oz unsalted peanuts (finely chopped and toasted)


Method:

  1. Slice about 2.5cm/1in off the top of each cone and crush well.

  2. Place the chocolate and the peanut butter in a small saucepan and heat very gently until melted.

  3. Stir in the crushed cone tops. Pour or spoon the mixture into the cones, sprinkle with the peanuts, and leave to set.
