Ingredients

8 sugar ice-cream cones
-
100g/4oz milk chocolate (broken into
small pieces)

4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
-
15g/1/2oz
unsalted peanuts (finely chopped and toasted)
Method:

Slice about 2.5cm/1in off the top of each cone and crush well.

Place the chocolate and the peanut butter in a small
saucepan and heat very gently until melted.
-
Stir in
the crushed cone tops. Pour or spoon the mixture
into the cones, sprinkle with the peanuts, and leave
to set.
