Desserts Recipes - Highball Cups Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 5

  • 100g/4oz plain chocolate, broken into pieces

  • 100g/4oz fudge

  • 2 teaspoons whisky

  • 2 teaspoons chopped stem ginger


Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

  2. Pour evenly between 10 small aluminum foil sweet cases. Tilt the cases to coat the entire inside. When set, remove the cases.

  3. Place the fudge in a small heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until melted.

  4. Remove the bowl from the pan and stir in the whisky. Cool slightly.

  5. Divide the ginger between the chocolate cups and spoon some fudge into each one. Leave to set.
